If you’re registered as a business customer at swisspost.ch you have access to various online services. This enables you to generate shipping labels, order collections, track your consignments, create advertising mailing and much more. The online services are free of charge and make it easier for you to run your e-commerce business.
With Swiss Post you can send your letters and parcels anywhere in Switzerland and worldwide. You decide on how quickly.
Using the wide range of online services available at the Swiss Post Customer Center, shipping your orders is easy and convenient.
Offer your customers transparency regarding their consignment status. You can do this by including a direct link to the track and trace feature in the consignment confirmation. You can find information on generating the URL here.
With the “Track consignments Business” online service you can keep track of your sent consignments.
What’s more: your customers will receive information about incoming parcels via the Swiss Post service “My consignments” and can manage receipt of consignment. More than 2.2 million users have already registered for this service. Inform your customers of this service by mentioning it in the order confirmation.
If you create your parcel labels in the Swiss Post Customer Center using the “Domestic parcel labels” online service or via our plugins or APIs, we’ll give you a 10 percent discount (applies nationally for PostPac Priority, PostPac Economy and bulky goods consignments).
